Customer Rating: Summary: The Very Best!!! Comment: I have had consistently positive experiences with Mountain House freeze-dried food. This is one of their very best products, and far superior to other brand offerings of freeze dried scrambled eggs and bacon. For some reason, the eggs and bacon has a more natural consistency (not runny or liquidy at all) than the eggs alone version. Nutritional content is good, lots of protein, not bad on the calories, watch out on the sodium, but that's to be expected. Definitely worth the price. I buy these for camping trips and sometimes find myself making them at home when I'm lazy. My husband is actually willing to eat a few of the Mountain House products, and he hates most processed food.
