I called them, the guy said they "couldn't control the delivery". The hammer is $1.99, they charge $5.12 for shipping. They even couldn't track the item for me. If you want to buy stuff from BP medical supplies, think it again. Customer Rating: Summary: Basic Percussion Hammer that works fine Comment: There's not a lot one can say about a percussion hammer. I whack your knee and then you kick me. This tool is a perfect whacker. It's heavy and colorful. The thin and narrow handle is fine for rubbing across the bottom of some unsuspecting feet. I'm sure I'll be using this until I die.
