Comment: Problem with this item is that although the outside in nylon, the inside liner is plastic and less than a mil thick. The liner breaks way before
the outer layer. Basically, it sucks.

Comment: I had bought this to take my lunch to work, but after an incident where it almost ate me for lunch, I decided to give it to someone who was able to tame it. It's just too big for me.

Comment: I am very happy with how much this holds without being too bulky itself. Well made item and I get daily use out of it. It appears that this item will hold up well over time.

Comment: The product is slightly rectangular in shape, with the carrying strap aattached to the longer sides. It is not completely insulated; the top cover is poorly insulated. Food does not maintain either heat or cold stored in this product. This product has no support in its sides and collapses when the top is not zipped closed. The carrying strap is short for the size and shape of this product, causing it to lay awkwardly when the strap is placed on the shoulder. The shoulder pad is large, so there isn't much room to move it aside when using the strap to carry the product. However, the product is large enough to hold large and small containers, as well as personal items (glasses cases, cell phone, keys), water bottles, an insulated mug and the like; and the front pockets are large enough to hold personal items (wallet, memo pad, pedometer, calendar and the like) and/or tableware. As I am more concerned with the ability of the product to hold food containers and personal items than with insulation, I would buy this product again.
