Comment: This is the best prorpane stove Coleman has made in quite a while - super powerful and at only 43.00 and free shipping a real steal - very heavy and built solid this is not for backpacking or hiking, this is a serious stove for tailgating and family camping due to weight of stove 34lbs !

Comment: It's really heavy (you won't be taking this backpacking), it's tricky to open (have to press below the latch, not just the latch), and the griddle doesn't fit inside the cover for travel.
Otherwise, this is a great stove... disappointingly so, it's pretty much just like cooking at home, no adventure at all like with the Jetboil stove (that feels like camping cooking). The griddle is great for breakfast, makes pancakes, steak and eggs very well.
You can order legs as well as a carrying case for it from the Coleman accessories site. The carrying case will carry the stove, griddle, and two gas canisters... not the legs, unfortunately, which come in their own little carry sack. I recommend the legs, they are rock steady and save you table space.

Comment: Lots of firepower!! More than most camp stoves. Minor drawback - griddle doesn't pack well inside the stove itself. But, the overall package is a winner!!

Comment: Wow, was I surprised at the size of this stove when the box arrived! All in all, I'm still very impressed. It burns nicely and is easy to clean. My cast iron pans fit perfectly. It's a stove you can use while camping and as an additional backyard barbecue cooking surface. No camoflauge for me; I love the flashy fire engine red color. I'd give it 5 stars if it were just a little lighter in weight. Still, a very good quality product for the price.

Comment: I have used the smaller Coleman stoves for many years, NOTHING can compare w/this stove, it is great. People who complained about it using a small bottle of propane to soon, I connected a 12 ft. LP approved hose to my 20 lb bottle, problem solved, The cooking time is fast because it has a two stage regulator (red for high pressure) If you want a stove that gets the job done then buy this one. I am a happy camper using this stove. Thanks for a great quality stove and for a great price. I love it.!!!!
