Summary: It is not the product, it is the service!
Comment: I reviewed eight different sites before using amazon to purchase this product. I gave more money on this site because I was going to get an additional item (water bag). Well, when my Sweetwater arrived at my home it did not have the water bag. Now I have to go through the trouble and time to fix this problem. I am disappointed in the service although I still have confidence in the product. I wish now I had gone to an outdoor site to buy an outdoor product. Mitch
